Fast Track Innovation, a tech venture of Sanaullah & Co., seeks a strategic Product Manager to lead AI-powered product planning, development, and delivery. You will own the lifecycle from discovery to release, balancing business goals, customer needs, and engineering execution.

The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking with technical understanding, agile delivery expertise, and data-driven decision making to create measurable business value. This is not a passive Scrum Master role.

Qualifications

• PM with 3–5+ years in SaaS or AI products
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Translate business needs into technical requirements
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Eng/IT/Business required

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the product roadmap using usage, ticket, and revenue data.
• Run discovery workshops with clients, stakeholders, and SMEs.
• Run sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain Jira with epic/story/sub-task hierarchy, story points, sprint goals, and release versions.
• Remove blockers and protect engineering focus.
• Build dashboards using Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and MS 365.
• Produce weekly delivery reports covering velocity and risks.
• Define and track KPIs like adoption, error rates, and deployment speed.

Fast Track Innovation, a Tech venture of Sanaullah &Co. is looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and successful delivery of AI-powered products. This role bridges business objectives, customer needs, and engineering execution by owning the product lifecycle from discovery and roadmap planning to release and performance optimization. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking with technical understanding, agile delivery expertise, and data-driven decision-making to build products that create measurable business value.

The ideal candidate will own the full lifecycle from backlog grooming to production rollout. You will sit at the intersection of product strategy, agile engineering delivery, and data-driven decision-making. This is not a passive Scrum Master role. You will write specifications, inspect repositories, run sprints, maintain Jira, and provide leadership with real-time visibility into every initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the product roadmap using usage, ticket, and revenue-impact data.
• Run discovery workshops with clients, stakeholders, and SMEs before development begins.
• Run sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain Jira with proper epic, story, sub-task hierarchy, story points, sprint goals, and release versions.
• Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and protect engineering focus.
• Build and maintain leadership dashboards using Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
• Produce weekly delivery reports covering velocity, risks, scope changes, and milestone progress.
• Ensure every customer commitment is traceable from sales handover through production release.
• Define and track KPIs including adoption, error rates, screening accuracy, deployment speed, and support escalations.
• Investigate usage patterns using analytics tools and drive insights independently.
• Conduct pre- and post-release impact analysis for new features and rollbacks.
• Navigate Git repositories, review pull requests, and understand shipped functionality.
• Validate delivery status directly from repositories when required.
• Maintain awareness of CI/CD processes, release management, and deployment workflows.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in SaaS or AI products.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Technical Skills

• Experience working with AI/ML-powered products.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and software development processes.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and software release management.
• Knowledge of GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar version control systems.
