Job summary

vFairs is seeking a Product Manager to shape ideas from ground up and drive product plans. You will work with engineering and design to translate concepts into tangible features that meet user needs and exceed expectations.

The role focuses on delivering impactful improvements for millions of users and shaping the future of our platform with strong user insight. The candidate will develop personas, wireframes, and PRDs while collaborating across engineering, design, and product marketing to

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design and marketing.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SCRUM/KANBAN) and agile tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop user personas, user stories, interaction flows, and sitemaps/navigations for the product in hand.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop wireframes and prototypes.
• Decide on a set of product features and write PRDs detailing functional and aesthetic specifications.
• Create wireframes to guide the tech team in user experience understanding.
• Perform validation testing of production releases, bug fixes, and feature requests.

Requirements

• 3to5yearsofexperienceinproductmanagementisrequired.
  

Abilitytogainadeepunderstandingofcustomerexperience,identifyandfillproductgaps,andgeneratenewideasthatgrowmarketshare,

improvecustomerexperience,anddrivegrowth

• Knowledgeofdatabasesandagoodunderstandingofsoftwaredevelopment
  

Comfortableworkinginatechnicalenvironment&canhandletechnicalconversationswithsoftwareengineersaswellasunderstandthe

experiencefromauser'sperspective

• Comfortwithcreatinguserstories(orapplyingtheJTBDframework)andmanagingabacklogwithtoolslikeSlack,Jira,andAsana.
