Job summary

Daraz is seeking an experienced product professional to drive the end-to-end lifecycle from concept to execution. You will lead roadmaps, collaborate with business, tech, and operations, and base decisions on structured data insights to optimize product performance.

Applicants should have at least four years in product management or operations, strong Agile knowledge, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders while managing multiple initiatives and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Computing, AI or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in product management or product operations, preferably in E‑commerce, CX or AI.
• Strong knowledge of product development frameworks, Agile methodologies, and problem solving.
• Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and drive data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication to align teams.
• Experience with system integrations, vendor management, and workflows.
• Advanced Excel skills; basic programming (SQL/Python) helpful.

• Product Roadmap: Assist in the business owner to plan & implement new ideas and features through market research & user feedback.
• Structured Problem-Solving: Identify and analyze complex business challenges, break them down into manageable components, and develop logical solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business, technology, and operations teams, ensuring streamlined communication and execution.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage structured data analysis and insights to measure product performance, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvements.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks, analyze impact, and develop structured mitigation plans.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management or product operations, preferably with some experience in E-commerce, customer experience, or AI domains.
• Strong understanding of product development frameworks, Agile methodologies, and structured problem-solving techniques.
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams toward common goals.
• Experience with system integrations, third-party vendor management, and operational workflows.
• Strong command over Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Knowledge of basic programming languages such as SQL/Python is preferred.
• People management experience is preferred, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop team members while driving team performance and collaboration.
