Role DescriptionSeeking a truly out-of-the-box-thinker, in the role of a Product Owner / Manager. You will be incharge of our solutions being built, be adaptable and quick to learn our business, users and product.We would like someone that takes extreme ownership; capable of getting things with little information and the chaos of an early-stage startup. Show extreme curiosity: you dig into the "why" of a problem and be excited to truly understand how to innovate the solution. The Product Owner will be responsible for defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success. Specifically, manage the development of a product from start to finish to ensure it meets the needs of the client and the company's vision; as well as act as a liaison between product strategy and development.Some specifics:

• Defining the product vision: Setting the direction for the product and aligning it with the company's vision
• Prioritizing needs: Identifying and prioritizing the client's needs and requirements
• Managing the backlog: Maintaining and updating the product backlog, which is a to-do list of features to develop
• Defining user stories: Writing clear descriptions of the customer's needs so they can be completed within budget
• Running user tests: Gathering initial feedback from clients to make adjustments
• Leading product releases: Planning and leading the release of new product features
• Serving as a product ambassador: Sharing knowledge and answering questions internally and externally
