Job summary

DWP Group is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the portfolio of IT infrastructure and power protection products, focusing on UPS systems, energy storage, and data center power solutions. The role involves developing strategies, managing lifecycle and pricing, and coordinating with sales and engineering teams.

You will evaluate new technologies, conduct market analyses, support proposals, and train sales partners to drive growth in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related engineering/technical discipline.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, UPS, power protection, data center solutions, energy storage, product management, or technical presales.
• Strong technical understanding of UPS, power protection, energy storage, data center power solutions, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience in product management, technical solution development, or B2B technology sales support.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and lifecycle plans.
• Manage product identification, introduction, positioning, pricing, portfolio expansion, upgrades, and discontinuation.
• Evaluate new products and technologies and recommend additions to the product portfolio.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, including products, specifications, pricing, positioning, and distribution channels.
• Identify customer and market requirements and translate them into appropriate product and solution offerings.
• Act as the primary technical product resource for sales and channel teams.
• Participate in customer meetings and support sales teams in identifying opportunities and developing solutions.
• Prepare and support technical and commercial proposals, RFPs, RFQs, tenders, BOQs, compliance sheets, and technical submittals.
• Develop product configurations and selections based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams on product development, technical requirements, pricing, and commercial matters.
• Conduct product training and enablement sessions for sales and channel partners.
• Monitor product performance, sales trends, customer feedback, and market developments to recommend corrective actions and growth opportunities.
