• Abilitytoanalyzeclickflowsandgenerateinsightsonuserbehaviorpatternsfromdata.

Requirements

• 3to5yearsofexperienceinproductmanagementisrequired.
  
• Abilitytogainadeepunderstandingofcustomerexperience,identifyandfillproductgaps,andgeneratenewideasthatgrowmarketshare,
  improvecustomerexperience,anddrivegrowth
  
• Knowledgeofdatabasesandagoodunderstandingofsoftwaredevelopment
  
• Comfortableworkinginatechnicalenvironment&canhandletechnicalconversationswithsoftwareengineersaswellasunderstandthe
  experiencefromauser'sperspective
  
• Comfortwithcreatinguserstories(orapplyingtheJTBDframework)andmanagingabacklogwithtoolslikeSlack,Jira,andAsana.
  
• KnowledgeofAgileprojectmanagementmethodologieslikeSCRUMorKanban
  
• PLUS:wireframingandprototypingexperienceusingamainstreamtoollikeFigma,Sketch,orotherequivalents
  
• Strongproblem-solvingskillsandtheabilitytoempathizewithconsumers
