Logiciel Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the vision, roadmap, and long-term evolution of a flagship enterprise application. You will be the primary point of accountability for product direction, prioritization, and delivery, engaging with business, operational, and technical stakeholders to understand workflows, constraints, and risk.
You will define and maintain clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, owning backlog prioritization with
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to reason about complex workflows and stateful systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of aligning technical and business stakeholders
Proven ability to operate independently and take full ownership of product outcomes
Comfortable working in environments where accuracy, reliability, and timeliness are non-negotiable
7-12 years of overall experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles
3+ years owning a complex, business-critical application independently, from roadmap definition through delivery
Prior experience working on one or more of the following:
Exposure to financial services, banking, capital markets, or trading-adjacent platforms, such as:
Demonstrated ability to collaborate deeply with engineering teams on technically complex products
Experience balancing new feature development with performance, stability, and operational resilience
Proven track record of translating ambiguous business requirements into precise, testable product definitions

Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams to design solutions aligned with system constraints and regulatory expectations
Drive release planning and coordinate delivery across multiple teams
Ensure features meet functional, non-functional, and operational requirements before release
Monitor product behavior in production and incorporate feedback and learnings into future iterations
Anticipate and mitigate product risks related to scale, performance, and operational impact
