Job summary

IRC Dairy Products (Pvt.) Limited is seeking a Trainee Executive Purchase. The role targets fresh graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience in procurement or supply chain management.

The incumbent will support purchase requisitions, vendor coordination, and procurement documentation while leveraging ERP systems and MS Office to ensure timely, cost-efficient purchasing aligned with company requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, BBA, MBA or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institute.
• Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills to evaluate vendor quotations and procurement terms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to facilitate vendor coordination and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing purchase orders and purchase requisitions accurately within set timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations, evaluate offers, and negotiate favorable terms.
• Support the maintenance and updating of procurement documentation for compliance and accuracy.
• Use ERP systems to track purchase orders, inventory levels, and supplier information.
• Review supplier quotations to recommend cost-effective, quality-driven purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with inventory management to monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as needed.
• Respond to procurement inquiries and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.
• Assist in vendor management including performance evaluation and relationship maintenance.
• Prepare reports, purchase records, and procurement analyses using MS Excel and MS Office.
• Analyze purchase data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate processing of supplier invoices.
• Maintain clear communication between suppliers, internal teams, and management.
• Participate in procurement meetings and contribute to process improvements.
