Job summary

TransPeshawar is seeking a Procurement Executive to support the Manager Procurement in all procurements and tendering activities. The role ensures proper maintenance of procurement records and adherence to standards.

You will assist in planning, bidding, supplier pre-qualification, bid opening, evaluation, and reporting while coordinating with management and external agencies as required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong reporting and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver reports and agreed actions in a timely manner.
• Credible and comfortable in dealing with management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting procurements from initiation to contract closure and maintenance of procurement records.
• Prepare Annual Procurement Plan and updates as required; draft bidding documents.
• Identify potential contractors/suppliers through pre-qualification and recruitment methods.
• Record and disseminate minutes of meetings; assist in bid openings and assessments.
• Prepare addenda/corrigenda as needed; manage bid submission and evaluation templates.
• Maintain complete procurement records and procurement database per official requirements.
• Address complaints as per KPPRA mechanism; ensure reports are advertised.
• Track procurement events and important dates; undertake other tasks as assigned.
