Job summary

HRSI in Karachi seeks a Manager – Procurement and Services (POL) to lead end-to-end POL goods procurement with a focus on transparency, value for money, and PPRA compliance.

The ideal candidate has 6–7 years of related experience, 16 years of education (Master's preferred), and strong ERP/e-procurement skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and supplier negotiations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (HEC recognized).
• 6–7 years of professional procurement experience in large orgs, preferably MNCs.
• Knowledge of PPRA Rules, 2004 and public sector procurement best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of POL goods in a compliant, value-for-money manner.
• Implement procurement policies and SOPs aligned with PPRA Rules.
• Coordinate planning and execution of POL/fuel procurement per internal processes.
• Evaluate spending, market trends and supplier performance; ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain audit trails and proper record-keeping across procurement cycles.
• Negotiate with suppliers for competitive rates and quality goods.
