Khanewal is seeking a proactive Senior Officer – Supply Chain to manage end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations. The role involves coordinating with internal departments and suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials, cost-effective purchasing, and compliance with organizational policies.

The candidate will oversee requisition review, PO issuance, supplier negotiations, and inventory monitoring, while maintaining data accuracy in MS Excel and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.

Responsabilités

• Manage the complete procurement cycle from requisition review to PO issuance and delivery follow-up.
• Review requisitions, verify specifications and budgets, and issue purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices, favorable payment terms, and reliable delivery timelines.
• Obtain and analyze quotations, prepare comparative statements, and recommend best-value suppliers.
• Develop and maintain a strong vendor base and conduct periodic supplier performance evaluations.
• Track order status and follow up on deliveries while resolving delays, shortages, and quality-related issues.
• Coordinate with user departments, warehouse, finance, and quality teams for smooth receipt, inspection, and payment processing.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock optimization to prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval matrices, and audit requirements.
