Job summary

Qanmos Trainings in Lahore is seeking an Assistant Manager Procurement to lead end-to-end procurement, vendor management, and cost optimization for engineering projects and operations.

You will coordinate with projects, store, and engineering teams, manage ERP/Odoo procurement processes, maintain records, and generate reports. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering and 3–4 years of procurement experience; ERP experience with Odoo is a big plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering-related field.
• 3–4 years of procurement experience.
• Hands-on ERP experience, Odoo preferred.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end procurement management for engineering materials and equipment.
• Vendor sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contracts.
• Plan procurement to align with project schedules and avoid stockouts.
• Maintain ERP/Odoo purchase orders, GRNs, and supplier records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and cost-control measures.
