Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with documentation tasks.
• Strong coordination skills and ability to meet deadlines across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day purchasing and procurement operations.
• Interact with suppliers for quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Draft and process purchase orders accurately.
• Maintain organized records of purchases, invoices, and supplier documents.
• Track pending orders to guarantee on-time deliveries.
• Liaise with warehouse, accounts, and other relevant departments.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
