Job summary

Daraz is seeking a Retail Coordinator to manage end-to-end procurement activities with suppliers, distributors, and brands. You will oversee PO creation, tracking, and fulfillment, ensuring stock availability and timely deliveries.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail operations or procurement, strong Excel skills, and excellent coordination and communication abilities. This position is based in Karachi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, procurement, supply chain coordination, or vendor management.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and brands for procurement and supply chain activities.
• Manage purchase orders end-to-end and track deliveries against plans.
• Ensure stock availability and timely deliveries against confirmed POs.
• Build vendor relationships to improve fill rates and service levels.
• Coordinate payments with Finance to ensure timely supplier payments.
• Resolve discrepancies with Finance, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.
• Maintain PO Journey Tracker updates and drive issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Inventory, and Category Management teams.
