Job summary

Alibaba Group in Karachi seeks a Retail Coordinator to manage end-to-end procurement, stock availability, and fulfillment by coordinating with suppliers, distributors, and brands. This role ensures timely PO creation, delivery tracking, and alignment with demand planning.

You will work closely with Finance, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to resolve discrepancies, optimize payment cycles, and maintain smooth operations across the retail network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, SCM, or related field.
• 1–3 years in retail operations, procurement, or vendor management.
• Proven coordination with suppliers, distributors, brands, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PO management, inventory tracking, and reconciliations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end procurement and fulfillment with suppliers, distributors, and brands.
• Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure stock availability.
• Coordinate supplier payments and ensure 95% payment compliance.
• Reconcile goods receipts, shortages, damages, and costing differences.
• Collaborate with Finance, Warehouse, and Demand Planning teams; participate in weekly reviews.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
