Job summary

Tkxel in Pakistan seeks an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end IT hardware, software, networking equipment, and related services. You will build strong vendor relationships and leverage Lahore market contacts to secure competitive quotations.

You will conduct market surveys, negotiate terms, ensure compliance with SOPs, and prepare detailed procurement reports while supporting budgeting and inventory optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 4–5 years of IT procurement experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT products, hardware, networking equipment, and software licensing.
• Established relationships with Lahore IT market vendors and distributors.
• Experience in vendor negotiations, sourcing, and procurement planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement systems.

Manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT hardware, software, networking equipment, peripherals, and related services.
Maintain strong relationships with market vendors, authorized distributors, and suppliers, especially within the Lahore IT market.
Utilize existing vendor and distributor contacts to obtain competitive quotations and ensure timely procurement.
Conduct regular market surveys to identify pricing trends, new technologies, product availability, and emerging suppliers.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and procurement resources to strengthen the supplier base.
Compare quotations, negotiate prices, delivery schedules, warranties, and payment terms to achieve the best value for the organization.
Handle urgent procurement requirements with efficiency while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Prepare and maintain procurement reports, vendor comparison sheets, purchase summaries, market analysis reports, and procurement documentation.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procurement SOPs, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Monitor supplier performance, resolve procurement-related issues, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment of purchase requests.
Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, vendor databases, and supporting documentation.
Support procurement planning, budgeting, and inventory optimization initiatives.

Requirements

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree 16 years in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commerce, or equivalent
4–5 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong knowledge of IT products, hardware, networking equipment, software licensing, and technology procurement.
Established relationships with IT market vendors and distributors, particularly in Lahore.
Proven experience in vendor negotiations, sourcing, and procurement planning.
Strong understanding of procurement policies, compliance requirements, and SOP implementation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/procurement systems.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
