Job summary

Weaverbird Group in Lahore seeks an experienced Procurement Head to oversee all procurement activities for our real estate and construction projects. You will manage supplier relationships, source high-quality materials, and ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and budgets.

You will negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance, oversee inventory, and work with project managers and site engineers to forecast requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• 12–15 years of procurement experience, preferably in real estate or construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for projects meeting timelines and budgets.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure materials and services at competitive prices.
• Manage supplier relationships including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout procurement.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure timely material delivery and avoid delays.
• Forecast material requirements with project managers and site engineers; adjust plans accordingly.
• Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance for management.

• Oversee inventory management, ensuring timely delivery of materials to avoid project delays
• Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and other departments to forecast material requirements and adjust procurement plans accordingly
• Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance for management review

• 12- 15years of experience in procurement, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
