Job summary

Coca-Cola CCI is seeking a Procurement Category Associate to support regional procurement activities within the related category. The role involves ensuring supplier performance and sustainability, managing PR to PO processes, and resolving supplier invoice issues to support sustainable profitable growth aligned with CCI Vision.

Responsibilities

• Supports operational procurement activities at regional level for related category.
• Ensures suppliers meet expected performance and sustainability requirements.
• Conducts PR to PO activities and coordinates with suppliers to meet cost, quality, and timeliness targets.
• Follows the closure of the POs created.
• Engages in resolving invoice/payment problems with suppliers.
• Provides information to central procurement to resolve issues previously agreed.
• Ensures timely execution for sourcing and PR-PO conversion per lead-times.
• Supports sourcing event drafts and contracting needs for category group at regional level per procurement strategies determined by corporate.

Main Responsibilities

• 1. Supports operational procurement activities at regional level for related category;
• 2. Ensure suppliers are meeting expected performance and sustainability requirements.
• 3. Conduct PR to PO activities and work directly with suppliers to ensure they are meeting expectations for cost and quality and timeliness of supply to support sustainable profitable growth in line with CCI Vision.
• 4. Follow the closure of the POs created,
• 5. Engage in the solution of invoice / payment problems with the supplier
• 6. Provide information cycle to the central procurement for the solution of the problem on the issues that are centrally agreed.
• 7. Ensuring timely execution for sourcing & PR-PO conversion as per agreed lead-times
• 8. Support sourcing event drafts and contracting needs for category group at the regional level and according to procurement strategies determined by corporate.
