Job summary

Coca-Cola CCI in Pakistan is seeking an experienced procurement professional to support regional category sourcing and supplier management. You will coordinate PR-to-PO processes, ensure supplier performance and sustainability aligns with our goals, and work with suppliers to secure cost, quality, and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes timely PO closure, issue resolution with suppliers, and alignment with corporate procurement strategies to enable sustainable profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Supports regional operational procurement for related category.
• Ensures suppliers meet performance and sustainability requirements.
• Conduct PR-to-PO activities and coordinate with suppliers on cost, quality and timeliness of supply to support sustainable profitable growth in line with CCI Vision.
• Close POs after creation.
• Engage in resolving supplier invoice/payment problems with the supplier.
• Provide information loop to central procurement for issue resolution.
• Ensure timely sourcing and PR-PO conversion per agreed lead times.
• Support regional category sourcing events and contracting needs per corporate strategies.

1. Supports operational procurement activities at regional level for related category;
2. Ensure suppliers are meeting expected performance and sustainability requirements.
3. Conduct PR to PO activities and work directly with suppliers to ensure they are meeting expectations for cost and quality and timeliness of supply to support sustainable profitable growth in line with CCI Vision.
4. Follow the closure of the POs created,
5. Engage in the solution of invoice / payment problems with the supplier
6. Provide information cycle to the central procurement for the solution of the problem on the issues that are centrally agreed.
7. Ensuring timely execution for sourcing & PR-PO conversion as per agreed lead-times
8. Support sourcing event drafts and contracting needs for category group at the regional level and according to procurement strategies determined by corporate.
