Job summary

CureMD Corporation in Lahore is seeking a Manager – Premium Sales to lead strategic upsell initiatives within the existing client base. You will own quarterly plans, coordinate with Customer Success, and drive revenue growth through effective pipeline management and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has a proven B2B sales track record, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to influence teams to meet ambitious growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing; foreign education is a plus.
• 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales or account management with strong skills in sales strategy, negotiation, CRM and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a quarterly upsell plan to achieve a $1M ARR target.
• Create a customer-success friendly qualification & handoff playbook within 45 days.
• Train 100% of Key Account Managers and Support agents on a commercial cue card within 60 days.
• Maintain pipeline coverage at 3× and produce a 90-day sales forecast with ±5% accuracy.
• Establish an approval matrix and drive deals to close within a 30-day cycle on average.
