Job summary

Kunafa House is a premium Arabic dessert brand based in Lahore seeking a motivated Sales professional to grow orders and support revenue across Lahore. You will present Kunafa, Baklava, and other premium desserts to individuals, corporates, event organizers, and partners.

The role requires strong English and Urdu communication, lead follow-up, quotations, order coordination, and accurate sales records. Team coordination and after-sales service are key to success.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.
• Proven ability to identify leads, follow-ups, negotiate, and close sales.
• Customer-focused approach with confidence in presenting premium food products and packages.
• Ability to manage inquiries, quotations, order details, and sales records accurately.
• Knowledge of Lahore’s customer, corporate, catering, or events market is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and follow up on sales opportunities with individual customers, corporate clients, event organizers, and business partners.
• Present Kunafa House products, packages, and event-order solutions clearly and professionally.
• Respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, record orders, and coordinate details with relevant internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records while tracking leads, conversions, repeat orders, and feedback.
• Build lasting relationships through timely follow-up and strong after-sales service.
• Support promotional activities, product presentations, and sales initiatives.
