Job summary

HR Navigator is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist (PPC) to own and scale paid search and Shopping campaigns from end to end. This is a sole-contributor role with no team to hand off execution to, reporting to a manager while managing all optimization tasks independently.

The role requires 3+ years of Google Ads experience with a strong Shopping/ecommerce component, plus familiarity with GA4 and Merchant Center. Onsite work location is Islamabad, with a 6PM–3AM schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on managing Google Ads with a shopping/ecommerce focus.
• Proven track record running accounts solo without a team.
• Working knowledge of GA4 and conversion tracking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and optimize Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns, solo.
• Own the Merchant Center feed end-to-end, including disapprovals and feed optimization.
• Manage bids, budgets, and pacing daily; reallocate spend to top performers.
