Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Related Field.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate them effectively.
• Previous sales or technical support experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A problem-solving mindset with a love for translating complexity into clarity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with perspective and existing clients to identify pain points and present tailored technical solutions.
• Develop proposals, RFP responses and strategies while ensuring the client needs that seal the deal.
• Understand client environments in-depth, translating business goals into scalable solutions.
• Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to relay customer feedback and improve offerings.
• Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Shortlist projects from different platforms that aligns with our scope of work to develop leads.
• Present innovative ideas and captivating strategies that improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain consistency to build trust and long-term success including timely follow ups, delivering accurate information and providing support throughout the sales cycle.
