• Perform material characterization tests to determine properties and performance attributes of polymers using standard laboratory equipment.
• Support the monitoring and optimization of polymerization processes to ensure production efficiency and product quality.
• Operate and maintain polymer processing equipment under supervision to gain practical knowledge of manufacturing techniques.
• Contribute to quality control activities by collecting and analyzing data and assisting in troubleshooting production challenges.
• Document experimental procedures, results, and observations clearly and accurately in laboratory notebooks and reports.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance understanding of polymer engineering principles and industry best practices.
• Follow safety protocols and workplace guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including research and development, production, and quality assurance to support product development projects.
