Qualifications

Responsibilities

Support polymer production, processing, and compounding operations.
Assist in formulation development, testing, and performance evaluation of polymer materials.
Monitor process parameters and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve material or process-related issues.
Conduct trials, testing, and documentation for new and existing polymer products.
Ensure adherence to EHS guidelines and good housekeeping practices.
Maintain technical reports, production records, and quality documentation.
