Responsibilities

• Assist in research and development activities related to new and existing products.
• Support laboratory trials, testing, and validation of formulations and processes.
• Collect, analyze, and document experimental data and test results.
• Assist senior R&D staff in product improvement and innovation projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and SOPs.
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and R&D records.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams during trials and scale-up activities.
