Job summary

Software Finder Careers is seeking a proactive PMO Coordinator to join our Project Management Office in Lahore. You will help establish and maintain project delivery, governance, reporting standards and operational PMO practices.

The role collaborates with the PMO Head, PMO team, and various company stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of PMO experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in PMO, project management or a similar project delivery environment.
• Knowledge of PMO principles, governance and project management practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with good interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, responsible, and capable of taking initiative within responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of project management principles to monitor performance, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Help ensure projects have clear objectives, scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables and ownership.
• Contribute to improving project visibility and delivery across teams.
• Assist in developing and maintaining PMO strategies, standards, frameworks and practices.
• Support documentation, implementation and maintenance of projects, processes and SOPs.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve existing PMO practices.
