We are looking for a skilled Playable Ads Developer to create engaging, high-performing interactive ads for our mobile games. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building HTML5-based playable ads and a strong understanding of game mechanics, performance optimization, and user acquisition requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate game mechanics into lightweight, engaging ad experiences
• Optimize ads for performance, load time, and user engagement (CTR, IPM)
• Integrate and ensure compliance with ad network requirements (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Unity Ads)
• Work closely with design, UA, and game development teams
• Debug and test creatives across multiple devices and platforms (iOS & Android)
• Continuously iterate on creatives based on performance data

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in playable ads, HTML5 game development, or frontend game development
• Experience with Canvas / WebGL-based development
• Familiarity with game engines like Unity (WebGL builds) or Cocos Creator
• Understanding of MRAID and ad network specifications
• Strong debugging and optimization skills
