Job summary

You will manage maintenance teams, develop standards, coach staff, and drive improvements to hardware uptime and asset reliability. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field required.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Significant supervisory and leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manages teams in the maintenance organization.
• Manages preventative maintenance processes to ensure equipment is available and capable.
• Develops performance standards and formulates staff development plans.
• Coaches and leads improvement activities.
• Manages department budgets.
• Manages spare parts and indirect materials inventory.
• Oversees TPM, predictive maintenance, and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Leads capital projects and infrastructure-related maintenance.
• Collaborates with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, HSE, and partners.
