Qualifications

• Phone-first role requiring outbound calling and discovery conversations.

• Willingness to learn and grow into an AE role.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Start meaningful conversations with decision-makers at recruitment and search firms.
• Identify prospects' needs and priorities to uncover opportunities.
• Clearly communicate our value proposition and generate interest.
• Qualify prospects to determine fit and potential.
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team and follow up across channels.
• Research target companies and contacts before outreach.
• Keep CRM records clean and up to date.
• Meet or exceed daily activity and meeting targets.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve messaging.
