Job summary

Darren Caddle is seeking a confident outbound BDR to call U.S. and Canadian companies with open roles, introducing them to Darren Caddle and guiding them to sign our recruiting agreement.

This is a commission-only role with uncapped earnings and no base salary, offering potential for high income based on performance. You will work from home with flexible scheduling and receive leads to contact.

Qualifications

• Experience in cold calling or B2B sales in recruitment or staffing is a plus.
• Clear, fluent English and a confident phone voice.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior leaders.
• Self-driven and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Call hiring managers, HR leaders, founders and executives at companies with open roles.
• We provide leads with company domain and target contacts.
• Explain how Darren Caddle helps fill roles faster.
• Answer questions and handle objections clearly and honestly.
• Get interested companies to sign our recruiting agreement.
• Follow up with leads until a decision is made.
• Keep notes on every call and lead.
