Job summary

Abbott Laboratories in Pakistan - Karachi is seeking a warehouse operations professional to supervise the receipt, storage and handling of raw and packaging materials, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. You will manage documentation, labeling, and FIFO/MTN/GRN processes while coordinating with QA, Engineering and Production for smooth warehousing functions.

• Pharm-D degree is required for the role.
• MBA with focus on Supply Chain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all raw & packaging materials receiving, storage, and handling activities.
• Ensure documentation and labeling comply with SOPs for materials acceptance.
• Maintain temperature records of the warehouse and review GXP data.
• Prepare GRN, MTN, and Materials/Store Delivery Vouchers.
• Coordinate materials loans & returns with complete documentation.
• Liaise with QA, Engineering and Production for smooth warehousing operations.
• Sectional training, SOP & CAPA coordination for materials receiving.
