Job summary

Thornton Tomasetti is seeking an Assistant Manager Warehouse in Karachi to supervise the receipt, storage, and handling of raw and packaging materials in line with QA, safety, and quality requirements.

The role requires 5-7 years of experience in warehouse operations within pharma, with Pharm-D or MBA (Supply Chain) preferred. The incumbent will manage documentation, labeling, MTN/GRN processes, and audits to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Pharm-D or MBA (Supply Chain) preferred.
• 5-7 years’ experience in warehouse management/pharma operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receipt, storage, and handling of raw and packaging materials.
• Ensure documentation and labeling per relevant SOPs of materials acceptance.
• Coordinate material loans & returns with complete documentation.
• Prepare MRRs of Raw & Packing materials daily.
• Prepare GRN and MTN in system/manual.
• Maintain warehouse temperature records and review GXP data.
• Coordinate audits with QA, Engineering and Production teams.
• Provide SOP/CAPA training and act as SOP reviewer.
