Job summary

Otsuka is seeking a Manager Distribution and Marketing Services to lead the distribution and logistics functions within the commercial team. The role focuses on overseeing end-to-end operations, coordinating with 3PLs, and maintaining stock levels across the network.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in pharma distribution and logistics, with strong negotiational and inventory control skills and SAP expertise. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution & logistics.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Supply Chain, Business Administration or Marketing.
• Experience with SAP inventory and distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee distribution and logistics operations.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers and partners.
• Maintain inventory control systems and optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to align SKU targets and timelines.
• Handle distribution-related complaints, returns and damage claims.
• Coordinate with Finance for distributor invoices and reconciliation.
