Job summary

Connect Logistics seeks an experienced Manager Operations to lead daily warehouse activities, ensure client satisfaction, and drive facility performance. The role blends pharma know-how (Pharm-D) with hands-on operational leadership to optimize workflows, manage budgets, prevent stock losses, and steer a high-performing team while maintaining QSHE standards.

Qualifications

Pharm-D degree mandatory.
5–7 years of progressive operational management experience in 3PL or pharma distribution.
Experience with SAP/Oracle ERP, Advanced Excel, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

Direct inbound, warehousing, value-added services, and outbound operations by policy.
Design data-driven strategies to streamline supply chain processes.
Ensure GDP/GMP pharma standards and customer SLAs compliance.
Prepare annual budgets, monitor expenditures, and drive cost reductions.
Implement robust security and loss-prevention measures for inventory.
Drive KPI reporting and translate metrics into improvement plans.
Mentor and develop a high-caliber warehouse team.
Coordinate with Admin, IT, QSHE and Finance for cross-departmental goals.
