Job summary

PepsiCo Pakistan seeks a senior PGRE leader to define country-wide strategy for real estate, workplace, and facilities. You will drive regional model rollout, manage lease activities, and oversee partnerships with Colliers and Cushman & Wakefield to maximise value.

You will coordinate with Finance and BU stakeholders, develop KPIs, and report ROI while guiding risk management and governance across projects over a 3–5 year horizon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR/Business Administration/Engineering/Finance.
• 8-10 years’ Experience.
• Proven leadership overseeing administration, people service delivery, utilities, and real estate.
• Strong understanding of workplace trends, employee engagement, and facilities management best practices.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices in facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined projects, ensuring alignment with local and regional standards.
• Lead real estate transaction activity with regional manager, ensuring dates and processes are followed.
• Oversee facilities management services with partners and internal resources.
• Develop the country’s vision and strategy for the next 3–5 years.
• Manage pipeline for Offices, R&D, and Food & Beverages projects with BU interactions.
• Provide monthly executive updates and dashboards to stakeholders.
• Track and report ROI of products and projects.
• Coordinate with Finance and Procurement on regional/global initiatives.
• Ensure governance compliance and KPI achievement with strategic partners.
