PepsiCo Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a Senior PGRE Lead to own all PGRE activities in the country, shaping strategy and execution of the regional model across Strategy, Lease, Transaction, Project and Facilities Management.

You will build and maintain relationships with international stakeholders, develop processes and KPIs, and guide partners like Colliers and C&W to deliver projects on time and within budget, while tracking KPIs and ROI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR/Business Administration/Engineering/Finance.
  • 8-10 years’ Experience.
  • Leadership role overseeing administration, people service delivery, utilities, and real estate.
  • Strong understanding of workplace trends, employee engagement, and facilities management best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices in facilities management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead defined projects, in conjunction with EMEA PM lead, ensuring projects are planned and executed in line with local and regional standards and expectations.
  • Lead all real estate transaction activity in conjunction with the MENAPAK RE transaction manager, ensuring critical dates are managed, transaction process is followed, and asset management generates maximum value for PEP.
  • Lead the management and execution of all facilities management services, working with service providers, partners and internal resources to ensure all services meet BU expectation.
  • Develop the vision and strategy for the the country over the next 3-5 years.
  • Provide and manage pipeline for Offices, R&D, Food and Beverages projects, Interact with PRGE and local BU’s, develop program strategy.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, provide monthly executive updaes and dashboards & dynamic communications to help the business better understand the project process & governance to ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of project.
  • Track and report the ROI of products/projects
  • Develop asset baseline, support on inmpelenting PGRE regional structure and team
  • Partner with Finance and Procurement on regional / global initiatives
  • Track and Report project KPIs and Metrics, with emphasis on WOW and PEP+ goals
  • Ensuring strategic partners manage project budgets and execution appropriately (Act Like Owners)
  • Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
  • Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies
  • Managing and utilizing resources across projects
  • Proactively communicate roadmap, milestones and outcomes for all real estate project deliverables to partners and stakeholders
  • Assure compliance with PepsiCo’s governance, process and procedures
  • Work with Strategic partners (i.e., Colliers and C&W) and assure they meet KPI standards

Overview
  • The role is responsible for all PGRE activities within the defined country
  • This role will be closely involved in the strategy and implementation of the new PGRE regional model including Strategy, Lease, Transaction, Project and Facilities Management.
