Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, dairy, beverage, packaging, or consumer goods industries.
• Hands-on experience with filling, packaging, and PET manufacturing operations.
• Practical exposure to maintenance planning, execution, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs across PET End of Line operations to ensure high-quality maintenance and maximum reliability.
• Drive maintenance methodologies, root cause analysis, and breakdown elimination to improve asset performance.
• Ensure optimal utilization of maintenance resources to maximize availability, reliability, and uptime.
