Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably Chemical Engineering/Food Technology/Applied Chemistry)
• 2+ years of experience
• FMCG experience preferred; supervision of technical teams

Responsibilities

• Develop line staff competencies on food safety, hygiene, quality and traceability.
• Ensure Nestlé Quality Management System in warehouses end-to-end.
• Oversee laboratory operations, safety, equipment, and staff training.
• Manage internal and external audits of quality systems in warehouses and with vendors.
• Monitor key quality parameters via SPC and drive root cause analysis.
• Promote quality awareness and provide training to plant personnel and contractors.
• Maintain SAP-based compliance across the plant
