Top Plastic Surgery Turkey is hiring an HR & Admin Officer to join our Islamabad-based team. The role covers recruitment, onboarding and attendance tracked for the E-11 unit, with an on-site shift from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

You will screen candidates through practical tests, coordinate interviews, and maintain confidential personnel records while ensuring professional English communication and strong organizational discipline in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, HR administration or office coordination.
• Good command of English and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and discretion with personal information.

Responsibilities

• Recruit consultants, medical content writers, SEO and marketing staff
• Set up short screening tasks such as verification or editing exercises
• Arrange interviews and gather manager feedback
• Maintain attendance, records and onboarding for the E-11 team
• Keep personnel files confidential
