Job summary

Volga Partners is seeking a motivated People Operations Generalist (HR) to support a growing global workforce in Islamabad, Pakistan. This onsite role covers HR, onboarding, employee support, payroll administration, and talent acquisition coordination.

You will work with the Director of People Operations and collaborate withRecruiting and operational leaders across regions, contributing to scalable people practices in a fast-paced, multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, communications or related field.
• Minimum of four years in HR, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting or workforce administration.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn, grow professionally, and adapt to global operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
• Support employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintain employee records and workforce data.
• Assist with HR reporting and policy communications.
• Support talent acquisition activities and candidate communications.
• Coordinate onboarding for new projects and workforce readiness initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global operations.
