Job summary

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) in Pakistan's Punjab province seeks a provincial P&C focal person to streamline HR processes and staff support. Qualifications

• Bachelor's in HRM, BBA/MBA/MPA or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' progressively responsible experience in administration and human resources management.
• Experience in an International NGO or similar setup preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as P&C focal person for provincial staff in Punjab, respond to staff queries, and facilitate staff in P&C related matters.
• Responsible for recruitment for the provincial offices in Punjab while ensuring a fair and transparent process and in line with the IRC global P&C policies and procedures.
• Arranging for and providing orientation to newly joined employees, including scheduling inductions and onboarding into IRC policies and culture.
• Maintain Performance Management System to ensure that the system is implemented in its true spirit.
• Promote and uphold THE IRC WAY (codes of conduct) and ensure staff understand and sign the acknowledgment.
• Ensure all staff have access to the IRC learning portal and courses available online.
• Assist the Senior P&C Officer in administration of EOBI, Life and Health Insurance.
• Responsible for monthly salaries and benefits; process final settlements in consultation with Senior P&C Officer.
• Maintain and update time sheets and leave records with proper filing; share monthly updates.
• Maintain confidential staff personnel files and ensure completeness.
• Reporting to Senior P&C Officer for payments, recruitment, benefit and compensation.
• Manage staff health and life insurance; liaise with insurers and process claims.
• Foster cooperative professional relations across staff levels.
