Job summary

International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Grants and Partnerships Lead for its Pakistan program. The role drives business development, grants management, and partnerships, reporting to the Deputy Director Programs.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, International Relations, Economics, Finance or related field.
Minimum eight years’ progressive experience in business development, awards management or partnerships, including at least three years managing a team.
Excellent written and language skills in English; knowledge of local languages would be an asset.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and revision of IRC Pakistan Resource Mobilization and Partnerships Strategy to align funding and programming.
Oversee proposal development, donor relations, and compliance; manage post‑award reporting with finance and operations.
Coordinate due diligence and vetting processes with partners; monitor sub‑awards and capacity building.
Represent IRC with donors, fund managers, consortium leads, and partners; promote IRC as partner of choice.
Manage and mentor the Grants and Partnerships team and ensure safeguarding, PSEA and gender equality across proposals.
