Job summary

Tech Innovations Limited in Pakistan is seeking a Salaries Officer, Level 4, reporting to the Supervisor, Payroll, to ensure timely payroll processing and salary adjustments within the payroll cycle.

The role requires strong knowledge of payroll policies, accounting principles, and Biz-Pay software, along with excellent communication and attention to detail. Two years' related experience and accounting education are required, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Five (5) GCE O'level or CXC subjects including English Language and a numeric subject.
• AAT (Level 2) or CAT (Level B).
• Diploma in Accounting from a recognized institution.
• Government Accounting (Level 2) Modules 1-5.

Responsibilities

• Posts salary particulars and adjustments to payroll system for timely processing.
• Files correspondence and orders related to employees' salary adjustments.
• Checks honorarium/overtime and ensures accuracy in payroll records.
• Inputs adjustments to payroll application.
• Packages personal deduction cheques for delivery.
• Updates personal deduction records.
• Checks deductions on Payroll Register Summary for accuracy.
• Prepares payment vouchers for approval.
• Resolves staff-related payroll queries.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Payroll.
