Job summary

ACE Money Transfer seeks an Assistant Manager for Payment Operations to lead day-to-day payin/payout activities, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements. The role requires collaboration with Banks/PSPs, tech teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and seamless customer experience.

The incumbent will supervise the team, manage incidents, and coordinate with partners to optimize payment flows, automation, and reconciliation across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–6+ years in payment operations or financial services.
• Experience supervising a team and coordinating with banks/PSPs.
• Strong knowledge of payment workflows, reconciliation, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day payin and payout operations ensuring accuracy and SLA adherence.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in payment processing and reconciliation.
• Lead incident management, root-cause analysis, and resolution with internal and external teams.
• Coordinate with technology partners and vendors to implement automation and system enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, controls, and regulatory requirements.
