Job summary

ACE Money Transfer Limited is seeking a Data Privacy Expert to strengthen privacy governance across the ACE Group. You will ensure regulatory compliance, lead DPIAs for high-risk activities, and support data subject rights and breach response in collaboration with the Information Security team.

The role reports to the Manager, Corporate Governance and Legal Affairs, with responsibility for maintaining RoPAs, DPAs, NDAs, and privacy training across departments to protect personal data and support

Qualifications

• Relevant third-level qualification (e.g., Law, IT, Compliance, Data Governance).
• Experience in data protection, legal compliance, or information governance role within Financial Services sector is highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of GDPR, UK Data Protection Act, Irish Data Protection Act, and relevant EU regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with GDPR, UK DPA, and other privacy frameworks across ACE Group entities.
• Advise internal stakeholders on interpretation of data protection laws and privacy-by-design implementations.
• Perform and document DPIAs for high-risk processing activities.
