DCC Consultants in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a Medical Payment Posting Specialist to manage posting of insurance and patient payments, reconcile with deposits, and resolve denials within a revenue cycle management framework.

The role requires 2–3 years of healthcare billing experience, knowledge of CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS, and proficiency with EHRs such as eClinicalWorks. Night shift hours are 6 pm–3 am PKT, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in medical payment posting within a healthcare setting.
• Experience with ERA processing and manual payment application.
• Strong understanding of medical billing, CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
• Experience interpreting EOBs and ERAs from Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
• Experience with practice management software and EHR systems, especially eClinicalWorks.
• Ability to handle high volume of transactions and meet daily productivity targets.

Responsibilities

• Post insurance payments, patient payments, and revenue adjustments into the billing system.
• Reconcile postings with bank deposits and ERAs daily.
• Identify and post denials, partial payments, and underpayments; route for resolution.
• Post contractual adjustments and write-offs as per policy.
• Resolve patient and insurer credit balances; initiate refunds when needed.
• Process ERAs and manage exceptions or errors.
• Post manual payments received by mail, phone, or in person.
• Generate and review posting reports; assist with month-end close.
• Communicate with insurers, patients, and internal departments on inquiries.

Requirements

Work Experience:

Education
