DCC Consultants in Lahore, Pakistan, is hiring for a clinical auditing role focused on review of medical records and care documentation for accuracy and compliance. The position operates on a night shift (6pm–3am PKT) and requires experience with EMR systems and strong English communication.

Ideal candidates will have MBBS/BDS/Pharm.D/DPT and at least 2 years in US-based healthcare settings, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.

Qualifications

• MBBS/BDS/Pharm.D/DPT degree required.
• 2 years of relevant experience in clinical auditing or related roles in a US-based healthcare company preferred.
• Proficiency in EMR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Review and audit clinical documentation, patient records, and care coordination notes for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Evaluate clinical workflows and documentation against guidelines, policies, and regulatory standards.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, and potential compliance risks; escalate as needed.
• Analyse audit findings and prepare reports with corrective action recommendations.
• Collaborate with clinical, quality, and operations teams to improve documentation quality.
• Monitor trends in audit results to identify recurring issues and training needs.
• Support quality assurance by maintaining audit logs and tracking corrective actions.
• Assist in preparing documentation for internal reviews and external audits when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with healthcare privacy and documentation standards.
• Use EMR and related systems to review, validate, and document audit activities

Job Description

• Review and audit clinical documentation, patient records, and care coordination notes for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

Requirements

Education:

MBBS or BDS or Pharm.D or Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT) degree is required.

Work Experience:

2 years of relevant experience in clinical auditing, clinical documentation review, quality assurance, medical records review, or a related role in a US-based healthcare company is preferred.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written English communication, strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Attention to detail, sound clinical judgment, strong organizational and data entry skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Familiarity with EMR software, and understanding of healthcare documentation and compliance requirements.

Workdays: Monday - Friday

Work hours : 6pm – 3am PKT (Night shift)

Gross Salary (USD): $500-$600
