Qualifications

15+ years of work experience in financial services

Responsibilities

Define and execute Pakistan Services strategy aligned to MEP cluster and global objectives.
Lead revenue growth and wallet-share expansion across Services lines.
Oversee end-to-end Services business in Pakistan including sales, product, operations, and technology.
Ensure regulatory compliance and strong risk governance with SBP and international standards.
Engage regulators, financial institutions, and industry bodies to advocate Citi's interests.
Build and lead a diverse, high-performing Pakistan Services team.
