This role leads the Pakistan Services team, shaping digital transformation, risk governance, and regulatory relations to sustain Citi's premier transaction banking platform.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of work experience in financial services, including 10+ years at a senior managerial level.
• Deep transaction banking expertise across cash management, trade services and custody.
• Proven success leading country- or cluster-level business strategy and delivering financial results (Revenue, P&L).
• Strong risk and governance track record across product, operations and compliance.
• Executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• University degree (Bachelor's minimum).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Pakistan Services strategy aligned to MEP cluster and global objectives.
• Lead client acquisition, retention and wallet-share expansion across all Services lines.
• Oversee end-to-end Services business in Pakistan, including sales, product, operations and technology.
• Drive digital transformation and governance in response to regulatory priorities and fintech disruption.
• Engage with regulators and policymakers to support Citi's strategic objectives.
• Build and lead a diverse, high-performing Services team in Pakistan.
